As a Spiritual Entrepreneur…and a network marketer…

   Several years ago when I first started my own business
   in network marketing and affiliate marketing, I thought
   the biggest benefit would be the money – so that I could
   work at home, while building my corporate career.

I was right about that AND I was wrong!

     However, I was wrong in that the biggest benefit to me has actually
   been the personal relationships and the personal development. I have
   truly become a Spiritual Entrepreneur, allowing Law of Attraction and
   spiritual principles to attract others who are interested in the products
   and services I offer.

   One important thing I have learned is that what I am doing is not for
   everyone… and it took me several years to figure that out. Not everyone
   is going to be interested in what I’m doing – and that is perfect.

   I am no longer in the convincing business. Now I go about my business
   day with the intention to attract only those who are already interested
   in my products and services. Now, instead of trying to talk anyone into
   liking what I am doing, I am just looking for those people who ARE already interested.

You can do this too – and I promise it is great!

   Before we can attract the people who are looking for us, we need to decide
   what type of person we are attracting. What are the characteristics of the
   people that we want to work with? Are they motivated, qualified, honest, of integrity?
   Write down on a piece of paper the qualities of your perfect new customers and business partners. Keep that list by your phone and by your computer. Every time you pick up
   the phone or send an email or place an ad or mail a flyer, you are intending
   that the people with the qualities you have listed are going to respond to you.

   For example, when you make a phone call, have the intention that ONLY those people
   who are interested will pick up the phone. You don’t really want to talk to people
   who are not interested, right? Then state this intention… write this down…

   “It is my Intention to easily and automatically
   attract to me people who are interested in my
   products and services, who are motivated and
   qualified and ready to take action – and who are
   willing to set forth the effort to create success.”

   Start your day with 10 minutes or 30 minutes or whatever you feel
   you have … for personal development. Spend time reading or listening to
   something inspirational. When we begin with our own personal development, and we set our intentions
   to attract people who are already looking for what we have to offer, the results are purely magical!

   Remember… Marketing is simply getting yourself in front of as many people
   as possible in as many creative ways as possible so that those people who are
   looking for what you have to offer can find you. Notice I said you are looking for people who are already looking for you?
   Instead of spending your day convincing people, how about you spend your day
   finding more creative ways to get yourself in front of the people who are already interested.

In what is possibly the worst economy in eighty years, in a time when America is struggling for breathe and life, the “so-called” great mlm leaders have gone into hiding – gone down a black hole!

The only thing more “sick” than the lack of common sense is the arrogance of the sheep – they spit at, laugh at true leaders while being torn apart!

I grew up listening to the likes of Bill Britt, Dexter Yager, Dr. Forrest C. Shaklee, Sr, Jay Van Adel, Rich DeVoss,Blake Roney … these mlm founding fathers spoke of a day when good products and great people would converge with struggling Americans to form an alliance, and create economies amongst ourselves.

So, where now ? The numbers say it all … 46% of all American households spend more than they make, 66% of Americans do not have $2500.00 in savings … we have 9.6% unemployed, and leading forecasters like Harry S.Dent predict 15% unemployment. If there was ever a time to teach individuals mindset,and business strategies for the internet, and leadership skills for life – it’s today!

I am absolutely convinced that, by the time you read this exert from Jamal Bryant’s message, “I Don’t Need A Job” that you will be totally uncomfortable with your current mindset. You see, if you have a business already, you have already began the process to get free, but you are most likely sitting on your butt and not focused on putting in the work necessary to liberate yourself. In a word, you need a check up from the neck up.

I was so moved by this audio that I decided to convert into text so that you can read it. My hope is that you’ll sit back in your chair and really search your soul for the strength to do whatever it takes to get free. You deserve your liberty. So, here’s the message (get ready to be changed forever):

“I Don’t Need A Job” – Jamal Bryant

Everyday, billions of people around the world go to a job that they can’t stand. And because they are going to a job that they cannot stand, they are wasting their gifts, their talents, their abilities, their bodies, their time, their brains, their skills, and their anointing.

Many of you within the sound of my voice are falling apart, and the reason why it is that you’re falling apart is because your job is a hanger. It is not allowing your ability, your skill set, your gift, your talent to fly. It is just keeping you in a cornered office and you have in fact placated yourself into convincing because of a paycheck you’re happy, when your mind is not working.

Ladies and gentlemen, we spend a third of our lifespan on a job. One-third of our lifespan is spent on a job. On average, you will spend this year, 2080 hours on a job. Most of us will have a 40-year career span. If you have a 40-year career span, mathematically that then equates to you spending 83,200 hours on a job you don’t like.

That is, ladies and gentlemen, when you look at your day, you spend 10 hours a day at your job; 8 hours a day on average sleeping, and you only have 6 hours a day free. So you spend more time in your day doing something you don’t like than you do in your day doing something that will in fact help discipline and cultivate you.

You have to make up in your mind, ladies and gentlemen, that you spend too much of your time doing a job that you don’t like. God did not put you on this planet to be miserable; he put you on this planet to prosper, to have dominion and to have authority.

As a consequence, you’re going to have to change your thinking as you approach your job, so that your job is very clear, that you don’t need the job – the job needs you.

We are in fact designed in the mind of God to live abundantly, not sufficiently, and most of our jobs are just making it sufficient for our existence.

So if you are in a job that is giving you an adequate pay, it is out of the will of God. You ought to be operating at a level where you are producing something that affords you a lifestyle to be in abundance.

You were not born to be in a permanent job situation. If I stood up in front of you and held up a coke bottle, the coke bottle would represent your life. But if I then brought clay and told you to cover the coke bottle, you would in fact cover that coke bottle as best as you could, but no matter how many coats of clay you put on the coke bottle, the clay would now take the shape of the bottle.

The problem is this: the coke bottle is your job, and you have shaped your life around your job. So as a consequence your job dictates when you take vacation. Your job tells you what time of day that you eat. Your job suggests to you how many hours you need to put in order to be motivated. Your job then tells you how much time is put in before you can retire.

There is no scriptural reference from Genesis to Revelation that tells anybody, “get a job.” Nowhere in the entire bible is there an edict that suggests from Heaven, “go get a job.” God does not tell us to get a job, he tells us, “go to work.”

Now it’s interesting that everything that is created understands that… Cars work; chairs work; your watch works; planes work; money works; computers work; TV’s work; dryers work; lamps work; but you want to get a job!

I’m going to suggest to you…jobs are designed to take you off of your purpose and away from your assignment. Jobs have in fact been constructed so you would lose sight of what it is that you were born and created to do.

God gives you work to do…

So there are some people in this room; you are frustrated because your job has taken the wind, that energy, and the strength away from you, and you’ve been thinking, “God I’ve been created to do something different from this,” and God is saying, “I’ve been waiting on you to wake up and shake it off and remember that there is a greater call on your life. I never said to you “punch in”; I never said to you “sign in”; I never said to you that you got to be answerable to somebody else. I said work the works of Him that sent me, but you’re too tired from your job to do your ministry!”

Work is the activity that exerts strength in order to perform a function. I am not telling you to quit your job. What I am saying to you is your job is not your life. I’m getting ready to save somebody from a life of stress, a life of misery, a life of heartache, and a life of pain. So tomorrow when you go to work you have a different attitude.

When you struggle to make a difference, you will not have to struggle to make a dollar.

Isn’t that a powerful message of hope? If you are feeling a pull to find a way to get free of your job!
